The heart of the fragrance is a new take on the classic Fougere structure, popularly called a ‘floral sensation’. The signature of this fragrance are the base notes, which are beautifully contrasted between the clean fresh vibrant woody effects of Amber and Vetiver, and the indulgent effects Oud and Patchouli.

I tried Intense My Life at a retail outlet and I loved the scent profile. I ordered it the same day and straight Outta bottle it opens with a strong Cinnamon note. It dies down to get to the heart note- Oudy Violet that stays for the first mins. At the dry down is where the magic happens- the notes combine to give something mysterious, smooth and somewhat animalic for the next 3-4 hours after lotioning up. This isn't a blind buy and is best suited for colder evenings- parties, dates and casual weekend night outs. Here's the breakdown on a scale of 1-10.
1. Scent Profile- 8/10. Good frag but not great.
2. Longevity- 5-6 hours straight Outta bottle. (Maybe could be longer after maceration)hence the 4 stars.
3.Sillage- Strong for the first hour. Then moderate.
4. Projection- moderate
